Scope

This standard stipulates the basic cultivation conditions and management techniques for strong-gluten winter wheat with a hectare yield of 6750~8250kg (450~550kg per mu), a quality index of protein >14%, wet gluten >32%, and a stabilization time of >7 minutes. This standard applies to the winter wheat region in central and southern Hebei Province.
