This document specifies the classification, general requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polysulfide construction sealants. This document applies to room temperature vulcanized multi-component construction sealants based on liquid polysulfide rubber. This document does not apply to polysulfide sealant used for secondary sealing of insulating glass.
