This standard specifies the technical requirements, testing and delivery preparation for shielded and sealed single-core quick-lock metal shell power electrical connectors for electric vehicles with a rated voltage not exceeding 1000VDC/AC and a rated current of 80A to 250A. This standard applies to the design, manufacturing and delivery of shielded and sealed single-core quick-lock metal shell power electrical connectors (hereinafter referred to as connectors) for electric vehicles.
