This standard specifies the requirements for receiving stations, LNG carriers and flood service providers during the safe navigation of liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers in port areas and the safe and effective transmission of LNG at receiving stations. Including: al pilot and vessel traffic service system (VTS); b) tugboat and mooring and unmooring operators; c) receiving station; d) LNG carrier; e) fuel, lubricating oil, , spare parts suppliers and other service providers. This standard contains the following provisions, 2-Am - cargo transmission; sky station channel, first-class connected trade. This standard is applicable to the LNG station of international LNG trade and the river mouth operation when receiving direct NG in China.
