Certified blockchain companies should be based on the research and development of blockchain technology, practical scenario application services, and industry-related services in accordance with the law. To carry out business activities, enterprises within the territory of the People's Republic of China must abide by the relevant provisions of laws and administrative regulations. This standard will briefly distinguish the types of blockchain enterprises, set the desired identification indicators and aggregation methods, and set requirements for the identification standards of different types of enterprises. The identification and management of blockchain enterprises follows the principles of highlighting corporate entities, encouraging technological innovation, implementing dynamic management, and adhering to fairness and justice. The Shanghai Blockchain Technology Association is responsible for the guidance, management and supervision of Shanghai blockchain enterprise identification work.
