Scope

This standard specifies three-coordinate measurement methods for geometric parameters of circles and arcs. This standard is applicable to the testing of rigid materials with a diameter of Φ5 mm to Φ500 mm, a dimensional tolerance of not more than 0.10 mm, and a shape and position tolerance of not less than 0.01 mm.
