Scope

This standard specifies the objects, processes and methods for quality consistency evaluation of single-phase smart energy meters. This standard is applicable to the quality consistency evaluation of single-phase smart energy meters using two methods: simulation model-based and sample testing. It can also be used as a basis for single-phase smart energy meter product solution design and production process improvement.
