This document specifies the test method for energy consumption testing of plug-in hybrid electric passenger vehicles under actual operating conditions on a power system bench. This document applies to M1, M2 and N1 categories with a maximum design total mass not exceeding 3.5t, and externally chargeable hybrid vehicles equipped with ignition engines or compression ignition engines.
