Scope
This document specifies a high-performance liquid chromatography method for the detection of 2-O-β-D-glucosyl-L-ascorbic acid (AA-2βG) in wolfberry, wolfberry products and processed products. This document is applicable to the determination of 2-O-β-D-glucosyl-L-ascorbic acid (AA-2βG) content in wolfberry, wolfberry products and processed products. When the sampling amount of this method is 10g, the detection limit of the method is 20mg/kg.
