This standard specifies the general requirements and safety requirements for LED lamps with double-ended rated power not exceeding 60W for general lighting using G5 and G13 lamp holders, as well as test methods and conditions for checking their eligibility. This standard is applicable to double-ended LED lamps for general lighting (hereinafter referred to as "lights") that work stably in the ambient temperature range of -20°C to 50°C and are driven by a built-in controller (self-ballasted) or an external controller. Among them, the lights with built-in controller (self-ballasted) work under AC 50Hz/220V power supply; the lights with external controller work under DC power supply not greater than 95V. Note 1: The safety requirements for independent external control devices are specified in GB19510.14.
