Scope

This standard specifies the source strength accounting procedures, methods, selection principles, content and requirements for the pulp and paper industry. This standard is applicable to the source intensity accounting of pollution sources from new (renovated, expanded) construction projects and pollution sources from existing projects in the environmental impact assessment of construction projects in the pulp and paper industry. This standard is applicable to the calculation of source strength under normal and abnormal working conditions in the pulp and paper industry, and is not applicable to the calculation of source strength under accidents such as sudden leakage, fire, explosion, etc. This standard is applicable to the accounting of waste gas, waste water, noise, and solid waste sources in pulping, papermaking and other production processes and public auxiliary projects in the pulp and paper industry. The source intensity of boilers that implement GB13223 is calculated in accordance with HJ888; the source intensity of boilers that implement GB13271 is calculated in accordance with the "Technical Guidelines for Accounting of Pollution Source Intensity Boilers" (HJ□□). 2.
