Scope

This part of T/CSEE0101 specifies the general requirements, detection methods and defect assessment methods for phased array ultrasonic testing of steam turbine rotors. This section applies to solidly forged steam turbine rotors. Phased array ultrasonic testing of welded steam turbine rotors, steam turbine rotors with central holes, and generator rotors shall be performed with reference to this section.
