- Bicycle intelligence is mostly limited by the type, scope, and capabilities of vehicle-mounted sensors. Therefore, vehicle-road collaboration has gradually become the main direction for the development of intelligent connected vehicles. From the perspective of traffic management needs, realizing vehicle-road collaboration in traffic management facilities is an important step for intelligent connected vehicles. An important basis for effective management and control of integrated mixed traffic; currently, most of the relevant standards for vehicle-road collaboration are aimed at traffic signals and road facility construction itself, and there is a lack of standards for relevant facilities to support the operation and management control of intelligent connected vehicles. In order to make intelligent connected vehicles operate more standardized and safely, it is necessary to classify the digital and intelligent levels of roadside facilities based on the grading of intelligent connected vehicles.
