This standard specifies the terms, symbols and definitions, models, classifications, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and storage of metal oxide semiconductor gas sensors (hereinafter referred to as "gas sensors"). This standard applies to gas sensors based on the resistive metal oxide semiconductor principle.
