Scope
This document specifies the determination of calcium, aluminum, chromium, manganese, titanium and phosphorus by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. This document is applicable to the determination of calcium, aluminum, chromium, manganese, titanium and phosphorus content in ferrosilicon nitride. The determination range (mass fraction) of calcium, aluminum, chromium and manganese: 0.010% ~ 2.00%, the determination range (mass fraction) of titanium and phosphorus: 0.010% ~ 0.20%.
