- This standard specifies the requirements for periodic inspection of urban polyethylene (PE) gas pipelines. This standard is applicable to polyethylene pipelines and steel-framed polyethylene composite pipes (including steel-plastic conversion joints) that transport urban gas with an operating temperature of -20 ℃ ~ 40 ℃, a nominal diameter of not less than 50 mm, and a maximum allowable working pressure of not more than 0.7 MPa. and periodic inspection of steel gas pipelines passing through them.
