GB/T 28799.1-2020 Polyethylene of raised temperature resistance(PE-RT)piping systems for hot and cold water installations—Part 1: General (English Version)
This part of GB/T 28799 specifies the terms, definitions, symbols and abbreviations, grades of service conditions, and material requirements for heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT) piping systems for hot and cold water. This Part, together with other parts of GB/T 28799, applies to hot and cold water piping systems, including hot and cold water, drinking water and heating systems for civil and industrial buildings, hot spring piping systems and central heating secondary pipe network systems, etc. The PE-RTI type pipes in this part are not suitable for hot spring piping system and central heating secondary pipe network system. Note: The purchaser is responsible for properly selecting this product according to its specific application requirements and in combination with relevant laws, standards or normative requirements.
