- This standard specifies the technical conditions for manufacturing and surface treatment of automotive high-temperature connecting fasteners; the technical conditions for system assembly verification including mechanical properties and torque testing, as well as marking, packaging and delivery requirements. This standard applies to cold-formed automotive fasteners made of nickel alloy materials, heat-resistant stainless steel materials or general alloy heat-resistant steel materials. The operating temperature is 150℃~650℃, and the specifications are M4-M16 bolts, screws, studs and nuts. .
