- This document specifies the basic requirements, configuration and communication information, main functions, testing and performance index requirements of the wind farm power control system (hereinafter referred to as the "system") dispatching function. This document is applicable to newly built or expanded wind farms connected to the grid with voltage levels of 35kV and above, and can be used for system design and development and grid access function selection.
