- This document proposes the content, procedures and methods for fire safety management assessment of rail transit operation and management units (hereinafter referred to as operating units). This document is suitable for fire protection technical service agencies to evaluate the fire safety management of rail transit stations, sections and vehicle bases. Operating units can refer to this when conducting self-fire safety management assessments. The fire safety management assessment of the independently constructed rail transit control center and main substation is carried out in accordance with relevant industry standards.
