Lactation instructors refer to professionals who help lactating women successfully achieve scientific breastfeeding. They use relevant knowledge of medicine, nutrition, maternal and infant care, etc., combined with professional breast care techniques to solve lactating women's problems such as lack of breast milk and milk stasis. Lactation instructors are divided into four levels: junior, intermediate, senior and mentor. They are a very important profession for postpartum mothers and an important supplement to public health and medical services.
