Scope

This specification stipulates Xuyi lobster seed breeding, juvenile shrimp cultivation, adult shrimp cultivation and other technologies. Mainly include: breeding pond structure, breeding environment conditions, seed breeding, juvenile shrimp cultivation, adult shrimp breeding, feeding management, disease prevention and control, fishing, adult shrimp quality indicators, packaging, transportation and storage and other technical requirements. This specification applies to the Xuyi lobster breeding area (see Appendix A).
