- This standard applies to chrysotile cardboard made on the basis of chrysotile and used as a fire-retardant heat-insulating material, as well as for sealing connections of devices, equipment and communications. The standard establishes the basic requirements for product quality set out in sections 3.2 (Table 1), 4.2 (Table 2)
