Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for low conductivity coolants for fuel cells. This document applies to liquid-cooled proton exchange membrane fuel cells and power generation systems. Its materials are limited to aluminum-magnesium alloys, copper-based metals, stainless steel, titanium, brazing sheets and other limited applicable metal and non-metallic materials. Note 1: This document does not apply to proton exchange membrane fuel cells and power generation systems that require the installation of specific filtered ion circulation equipment. Note 2: Heat utilization cycle systems such as direct-cooled lithium batteries that require lower conductive media can refer to this document.
