Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, food additives, production and processing hygienic requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, labels, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of black jelly powder. This standard applies to non-direct edible black jelly powder (dry powder) made from jelly beans and edible starch as raw materials. The jelly beans are extracted and concentrated by boiling, added with edible starch, stirred, mixed, dried, crushed, and packaged.
