This document specifies the terms and definitions, basic parameters and design conditions, general requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, and packaging of twin-tower pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen production equipment (hereinafter referred to as "nitrogen production equipment") , transportation and storage. This document is applicable to equipment using two pressure swing adsorption separation tower structures that use compressed air to separate and produce nitrogen from the air at room temperature using the molecular sieve pressure swing adsorption method. The nitrogen production output is not greater than 5000m3/h. Note 1: The nitrogen production in this document is in the standard state, that is, the gas volume at 0°C and 0.101 325 MPa (absolute pressure), in cubic meters (m3). Note 2: Unless otherwise noted, pressure values are gauge pressure values.
