This document specifies the service quality assurance mechanism in the basic service layer of the new short-range wireless communication system. The main content includes the basic service layer service quality model, service quality negotiation, service quality adjustment, service quality parameters, etc. The service quality involved in this document is only used for data transmission in the basic service layer and service quality management of data in the adaptation functional unit. This document only covers non-IP data transmitted by the basic application layer. This document applies to new short-range wireless communication terminal equipment. The new short-range access layer technology can be a new short-range basic access technology and/or a new short-range low-power access technology.
