This document is applicable to the entire process of production and use of Chinese medicinal material seeds and seedlings by Chinese medicinal material production enterprises. The Chinese medicinal materials referred to in this document are the raw materials of Chinese medicinal materials whose final products are used to prevent and treat diseases.
