Scope
This standard stipulates the pollutant items and standard limits that must be controlled in sewage discharged into urban sewage treatment plants through urban sewer systems, the monitoring methods of pollutant items and the responsible entities for standard implementation and supervision. This standard applies to all drainage households within the administrative region of this city that discharge sewage to urban sewage treatment plants through the urban sewer system. For temporary drainage during the construction and maintenance of municipal public facilities, landscaping and residential buildings, in addition to implementing this standard, a (temporary) drainage license must also be applied for in accordance with the "Shanghai Drainage Management Regulations", and the drainage behavior complies with drainage management requirements.
