Scope
This standard specifies the evaluation requirements, evaluation elements, continuous improvement, etc. for quality and safety evaluation of food-related product manufacturers (hereinafter referred to as: manufacturer). This standard is applicable to the whole-process quality and safety evaluation of non-production license issuing enterprises for food-related products, and to the hygienic quality and safety evaluation of food processing equipment during the production process. Other food-related product manufacturers can refer to this standard for quality and safety evaluation and standardized management.
