Scope
This standard is intended for use by industry and organizations when using digital twins of electronics and CALS technologies in the early stages of design, manufacture and testing of electronic equipment, as well as at all subsequent stages of the life cycle of electronic equipment. The subsystem for virtual testing of electronic equipment for the effects of sinusoidal vibration is used in the early stages of designing electronic equipment for the following purposes: industrial, for energy, military-industrial complex, aerospace, shipbuilding, medical, automotive, navigation and radar, consumer, fiscal and commercial equipment , communications (telecommunications), computer technology, for automation and intelligent control, security systems, lighting technology, automated transport and moving robotics. Electronic equipment consists of electronic cabinets and units, printed circuit units and electronic component base (chips, transistors, resistors, etc.). Electronic component base and electronic equipment are affected by the effects of sinusoidal vibration. Sinusoidal vibration can lead to inconsistencies between the electronic component base and electronic equipment with the requirements for their resistance (strength and stability) to the effects of sinusoidal vibration. This standard establishes the basic principles of technology that allows analysis of the resistance of electronic equipment to the effects of sinusoidal vibration using mathematical modeling and virtual testing of electronic equipment for the effects of sinusoidal vibration during design. Analysis of the resistance of electronic equipment to the effects of sinusoidal vibration should be carried out at the early stages of designing electronic equipment through mathematical modeling and virtualization of testing electronic equipment for the effects of sinusoidal vibration during design. To analyze the resistance of electronic equipment to the effects of sinusoidal vibration using the method of mathematical modeling (virtualization of tests of electronic component base and electronic equipment for the effects of sinusoidal vibration), certified software must be used, and, if necessary, certified software and hardware.
