This document stipulates the evaluation index system, evaluation methods and grade classification for the "leader" quality and enterprise standard level evaluation of rubber sheathed wires and cables. This document is applicable to the enterprise standard "leader" quality and enterprise standard level evaluation of rubber sheathed wire and cable products with rated voltage levels of 450/750V (600/1000V) and below. Relevant agencies can refer to this document when carrying out quality grading and corporate standard level assessment, "leader" evaluation and related certifications. Enterprises can also refer to this document when formulating corporate standards.
