This standard applies to construction project supervision and related service activities for new construction, reconstruction, and expansion within the administrative area of Tianjin City. 3. This standard covers the supervision from the preparatory stage of project construction to completion acceptance and related services. Each article in each chapter lists the work content, work points, work requirements, documentation and work basis in table form. 4. If there is any inconsistency between this standard and the "Tianjin Construction Project Supervision Regulations" (DB/T29-131), the "Tianjin Construction Project Supervision Regulations" (DB/T29-131) shall prevail.
