This standard specifies the construction supervision content, procedures and methods of highway projects in the stages of construction preparation, construction, acceptance and defect liability periods. This standard applies to the construction supervision of roadbeds, bridges and culverts, tunnels, pavements, traffic safety facilities, and electromechanical projects in new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects of highways and first-class highways in Shanxi Province. The construction supervision of other highway projects can be implemented by reference.
