Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of fresh Porphyra striata frozen preservation, processing site requirements, harvesting, drying and impurity removal, vegetable washing, dehydration, packaging, quick freezing, and refrigeration. This standard applies to mechanical and semi-mechanical freezing and preservation of fresh Porphyra striata (hereinafter referred to as fresh Porphyra).
