Scope
This standard specifies the order content, classification and code name, size, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificates of low-temperature resistant iron-nickel-chromium-based fixed expansion alloys. This standard applies to the field of space optoelectronics. The iron-nickel-cobalt-based fixed-expansion alloy 4J329D rods, flats, and strips that are matched or sealed with semiconductors and hard glasses in the semiconductor industry and other harsh deep-low temperature application environments , Wire and pipe (hereinafter referred to as alloy material).
