Scope

This procedure stipulates the preparation of inoculum for indoor identification of physiological races of potato late blight, preservation and propagation of identified hosts, inoculation identification, disease investigation, determination of physiological races, and inactivation of identification materials. This procedure is applicable to the indoor identification of physiological races of potato infestation blight.
