- This document stipulates the basic requirements for the disposal and management of state-owned assets of administrative institutions in Sichuan Province, disposal methods and scope, approval authority, disposal procedures and return of proceeds. This document applies to the disposal and management of state-owned assets by party organs, people's congress organs, administrative organs, CPPCC organs, disciplinary inspection and supervision organs, judicial organs, procuratorial organs, democratic parties, federations of industry and commerce, people's organizations and directly affiliated public institutions at all levels in Sichuan Province.
