This standard provides information on factors affecting nuclear power plant operating personnel effectiveness and methods to ensure that nuclear power plant personnel effectiveness meets the requirements. It also provides data recording items and contents, management methods and requirements for personnel effectiveness. This standard applies to the recording and management of operating personnel performance in theoretical training, simulator training and on-the-job operations. This standard provides a standardized guideline for nuclear power plant operating units and nuclear power regulatory authorities to achieve systematic and continuous recording and tracking management of the performance of nuclear power plant operating personnel throughout the entire process. Note: Nuclear power plants include digital nuclear power plants and traditional analog nuclear power plants.
