- Scope
- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, sterilization effect requirements, sterilization performance classification and test methods of air purifiers. This standard is applicable to household and similar air purifiers that achieve air circulation purification through purification components, have a rated voltage not exceeding 250V, have a certain ability to remove microorganisms, and can have the ability to purify other pollutants. This standard does not apply to air purifiers designed for professional purposes such as industry, vehicles, and governance, or used in special environments such as corrosive and explosive environments.
