- This standard specifies the classification and marking, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage, quality certificate and order form (or contract) content of copper alloy unglazed tubes for ships. This standard applies to copper-talon alloy stainless steel pipes (hereinafter referred to as pipes) used in piping systems of marine engineering projects such as shipbuilding.
