This document stipulates the basic requirements for relevant parties in the supervision of electrochemical energy storage devices, the planning of supervision services, the supervision quality control process and activities, and the evaluation and improvement of supervision service quality. This document applies to equipment supervision activities in the main quality-related processes such as the design, manufacturing, storage and transportation, installation, commissioning and acceptance of electrochemical energy storage devices.
