Scope
This document stipulates the technical requirements, operation and maintenance capability requirements, security and confidentiality requirements, network access management process, network access application and evaluation steps, network access inspection and testing requirements and other technical requirements for reference stations applying to join the Beidou ground-based augmentation system. This document is applicable to the examination, testing and assessment of the network access qualifications of the reference stations applying to join the Beidou ground-based augmentation system. Monitoring stations that apply to join the Beidou Ground-Based Augmentation System are also used as a reference.
