Scope: This standard applies to cars, buses and motorcycles of the following types of emergency services: a) fire protection; b) police; c) emergency medical care; d) collection of cash proceeds and transportation of valuable cargo; e) military automobile inspection; f) emergency: militarized mine rescue units and paramilitary services to prevent the occurrence and liquidation of open oil and gas gushers; services for eliminating the consequences of accidents on communication lines, contact and power electrical networks, on oil, gas, heat, water and sewer lines, on the subway; other types - in agreement with the Main Directorate of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia; g) emergency prevention and assistance services and civil defense; h) special communications services of the State Committee for Communications of Russia (special trucks and armored vehicles). The standard does not apply to vehicles not intended for use on public roads
