Scope: This standard specifies the basic methods and technical requirements for the inspection and assessment of metal atmospheric tanks of road transport liquid dangerous goods tankers. This standard is applicable to the pre-operation inspection and inspection of tanks whose shipping medium is liquid dangerous goods, whose working pressure is less than 0.1MPa (gauge pressure, the same below), which are made of metal materials and are permanently connected to the finalized car chassis or semi-trailer frame. Use inspection. This standard applies to media in Appendix A of GB18564.1. For media beyond the scope of Appendix A, this standard shall be implemented according to the classification of GB12268 and GB6944 and with reference to media with similar characteristics in Appendix A of GB18564.1. This standard does not apply to vacuum insulated structural tanks or military equipment tanks with special requirements and special tanks for aviation and airports.
