- This standard specifies the wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry method for the determination of tin, antimony, arsenic, bismuth, copper, cadmium, calcium and silver content in lead and lead alloys. This standard is applicable to the determination of tin, antimony, arsenic, bismuth, copper, cadmium, calcium and silver in lead and lead alloys. The determination range is shown in Table 1.
