This document is applicable to the safety management of dismantling projects of production equipment and storage facilities (hereinafter referred to as "installation facilities") carried out by chemical enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "enterprises"). The safety management of the dismantling of individual enterprise equipment, facilities, pipelines, etc. shall be carried out in accordance with the enterprise inspection and maintenance safety management regulations, and the provisions of GB30871 involving special operations shall be implemented.
