- This standard specifies the method principles, instrumentation, test procedures, test result expression, precision and test report requirements for phosphor quantum efficiency for white light LEDs. This standard is suitable for testing the external quantum efficiency and internal quantum efficiency of white LED phosphors emitting in the 400 nm to 780 nm band range when the LED chip is excited at the peak wavelength of 400 nm to 480 nm. The measurement range of external quantum efficiency is 0.6 to 0.9, and the measurement range of internal quantum efficiency is greater than 0.9.
