This document specifies the terms and definitions, functional requirements, usage conditions, technical requirements, test categories, test items, test conditions, test methods, markings, packaging, transportation and storage of passive filter devices (hereinafter referred to as filter devices). This document is applicable to filter devices that use electromechanical switches or electronic switches in distributed power generation systems and power transmission and distribution network systems with an AC frequency of 50Hz and a nominal voltage of 35kV and below.
