Scope
This document specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of shredded squid. This document is applicable to ready-to-eat products made from fresh and frozen squid as raw materials, after pretreatment, seasoning, cooking, forming, drying, packaging and other processes.
